HR and payroll administration

CPS Accounting offers comprehensive HR and payroll services.

Payroll services include:

  • Calculating employee remuneration;
  • Preparing payrolls and reports;
  • Preparing bank transfers and transferring the remuneration of employees to bank accounts;
  • Preparing and sending monthly statements for the Social Insurance Office;
  • Preparing statements of employment and earnings statements;
  • Assisting and cooperating with the Customer during inspections and audits by the Social Insurance Office, the National Labour Inspectorate and the Tax Services Office;
  • Preparing and sending obligatory statistical reports to the Central Statistical Office;
  • Storing the documents and payroll data of the Customer.

HR administration services include:

  • Keeping comprehensive personnel documentation (employee files);
  • Preparing and keeping records related to establishing and dissolving the employment relationship (agreements, appendices), mandatory agreements and contracts for specific work;
  • Preparing documents related to dissolving employment agreements (termination of employment agreements, certificates of employment);
  • Registering employees and members of their families in the Social Insurance Office, introducing changes to the SIO register;
  • Keeping records of employees’ annual leave and other days off, including  compassionate, parental and sick leave;
  • Informing the Customer about the necessity to perform employee checkups, and to conduct OHS and fire fighting training courses for employees;
  • Preparing and sending declarations to the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons;
  • Assisting during inspections of the National Labour Inspectorate in relation to the correctness of HR administration, providing necessary data and giving explanations;
  • Preparing reports and personnel statements determined in the agreement;
  • Storing the documents and personnel data of the Customer.
