Team
The team at the CPS Accounting Service Centre consists of experts in such fields as financial controlling, accounting, law, taxes and HR. Implementation of projects also includes cooperation with external consultants, including lawyers, legal advisers, tax advisers and certified auditors. They are experts with a long-standing experience gained both in Polish companies and international concerns. The CPS Accounting team combines knowledge and experience with the ability to develop practical solutions for business, which is key for the customer.
Adam Karolak – Legal Adviser – Adam Karolak specialises in commercial and economic law, and especially in Companies Law – he works on issues related to the liability of company officials and partners, as well as forms of limiting the liability of entrepreneurs. He also carries out training and consultancy projects that focus on practical issues concerning joint stock companies, especially including limited liability companies.
Adam is an author of monographs and several dozen articles in the specialist press. He works with a number of magazines and leading legal publishing houses.
